How listings are reviewed
Every job submitted to getarustjob is reviewed by hand before it goes live — checked for genuine Rust relevance, a real hiring company, and a working application link. Listings that don't meet that bar are rejected rather than published. Once approved, a posting stays live only for its paid duration; expired postings are automatically removed from the site and the sitemap rather than left up indefinitely.
Why Rust-only
General job boards bury Rust roles under a much larger volume of unrelated listings. getarustjob exists as a single, focused place for Rust engineering roles — systems, backend, embedded, blockchain, and WebAssembly work — so candidates don't have to filter through everything else to find them.
