These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.getarustjob.com (the “Site”), operated by Georgios Evangelou trading as getarustjob. By using the Site, posting a job, or subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

getarustjob is a curated job board focused on Rust engineering roles. Employers submit paid listings; we manually review submissions before publication. We do not guarantee hires, applicant volume, or uninterrupted availability.

2. Job posters

You may post a job by completing the submission form and paying the listed fee through our checkout provider.
All listings are manually reviewed. We may reject any submission for any reason, including lack of Rust relevance, low quality, misleading content, or violation of these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit. Do not post on behalf of third parties without their authorization.
Prohibited content includes discriminatory postings, MLM/pyramid roles, generic “send your CV” posts without a specific role, unlawful content, and material that infringes third-party rights.
Listing duration and featured periods begin when we approve the post — not when payment is captured.
You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display submitted content on the Site and in related marketing (e.g. newsletter featuring live roles) for the listing period.
The Site is a neutral marketplace: any employer that meets our posting rules may buy a listing. We do not endorse individual employers or guarantee the accuracy of third-party job content.

3. Job seekers

Listings are submitted by employers. We review for quality and Rust relevance but do not verify every claim. Apply through the contact method shown on each listing and exercise your own judgment.

4. Newsletter

By subscribing, you consent to receive email about Rust job listings. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email or by contacting hello@getarustjob.com.

5. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the Site, scrape it at abusive rates, bypass moderation, or use the Site to phish, defraud, spam, or harass.

6. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for checkout and payment receipts.Georgios Evangelou trading as getarustjob provides the listing and review service. Refund terms are in our Refund Policy.

7. Liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a job posting is limited to the amount you paid for that posting. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The latest version is always at this URL. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
