SDE1 /SDE2 - Low-Latency / Infrastructure Engineer - Python and/or C++/Rust

CareerXperts Consulting·Junior·On-site · Hyderabad·$2500k–$6000k INR

Posted Oct 27, 2026·careerxpertsconsulting.com

Most engineers love building new things. This role is for the one who loves keeping things steady when everything around them is moving fast.

You will own the foundation: performance, reliability, connectivity and tooling across infrastructure and runtime systems. Your job is to make sure behavior stays predictable under stress. That means disciplined change management, tight feedback loops, solid runbooks, clear escalation paths, and honest thinking about how things fail. You’ll work closely with dev, research and trading to balance their constraints and priorities.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong Linux, networking and performance debugging fundamentals
  • Experience running production systems with monitoring and incident handling
  • The ability to reason clearly about trade-offs under constraints

Nice to have:

  • low-latency profiling and tuning, efficient I/O, colocated environments, redundancy patterns, and solid coding in Python, C++ or Rust.
