Our team partners cross-functionally to influence product direction, work directly with customers, and own systems positively impacting millions of lives—where your technical decisions truly matter!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rust Coach/Multiplier - An expert Rust engineer who not only builds production-grade systems in Rust, but also sets standards, mentors others, and elevates the team’s overall Rust maturity. Serving as a technical authority on Rust idioms, safety, and performance, and helps teams adopt Rust effectively and sustainably.
  • Contribute to new product development of complex in-browser applications, taking advantage of your holistic view to ensure our application is extensible, scalable, and secure
  • Balance customer-facing features and technical debt cleanup to keep the software suite sustainable

  • A collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Curiosity and the ability to learn new things on the job
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to help resolve it
  • BS or MS in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
