We know that winners win.   About the Role As a Software Engineer with expertise in Rust, you will design and develop secure, high-performance systems for our financial platform. This role involves building scalable backend services, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to best practices in software development. You will play a key role in architecting, building, and implementing complex software systems to empower institutional customers.    Key Responsibilites:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications using Rust. 
• Collaborate with product, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions. 
• Write efficient, high-quality, testable, reliable, and well-documented code following industry best practices. 
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. 
• Continuously research and recommend improvements in architecture, tools, and processes. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the software stack. 

 Requirements:

• Development experience: 10+ years in software engineering with 3+ years of hands-on engineering experience in Rust development and a proven track record of shipping code that enables the team to maintain healthy, interruption-free nights. 
• Technical proficiency: Experience with data consistency, microservices architecture, and distributed systems. Knowledge of relational databases. 
• Strong problem solver: Analytical thinker with understanding of “infrastructure as code”, strong debugging skills, and a mindset for continuous improvement. 
• Cross-functional collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and to interface and influence at all levels in the organization. 
• Bias for action with rigorous judgment: Operates with strong ownership and a structured approach, accelerating time-to-value while maintaining quality and compliance.
