Technical Skills:
Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, concurrent systems (proficiency with Tokio is a strong advantage).
Hands-on experience in a systematic trading environment (HFT, Market Making, Quantitative Trading, or similar) with solid understanding of execution, market data, and operational risk.

Deep familiarity with trading system protocols (FIX, REST, WebSocket), exchange connectivity, and market data feeds.
Solid grasp of low-latency networking: TCP/UDP, packet and latency path analysis, dedicated network infrastructure, and kernel bypass techniques (DPDK).
Familiarity with agentic engineering tools and concepts: LLMs, MCP APIs, AI-first IDEs (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code), harness engineering, and workflow automation.
Ability to make sound architectural decisions, articulate trade-offs clearly, and guide implementation across complex systems.
