For our client, we are seeking a Software Engineer - Solana to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role will focus on building and maintaining blockchain infrastructure and smart contract systems that support high-scale financial technology operations. You will own core engineering work across on-chain programs and backend services, with an emphasis on performance, security, and reliability. In close partnership with product and technical stakeholders, you will help shape architectural decisions and deliver new capabilities quickly in a fast-moving environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Solana programs from development through maintenance
- Build scalable backend services for Solana, EVM, and Stellar networks
- Scale on-chain infrastructure for millions of users globally
- Shape the technical and product roadmap
- Drive architectural decisions in a fast-moving environment
- Ship new capabilities quickly to customers
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in the Solana ecosystem, including programming model and best practices
- Strong proficiency in Rust
- Solid understanding of smart contract security patterns
- Experience with Node.js and backend systems
- 2-10+ years of engineering experience
