Responsibilities
- Design and implement transaction submission services
- Build Solana simulation and confirmation tracking
- Integrate Anchor programs and protocol-specific behavior
- Improve performance, reliability, and observability
- Participate in code review and incident analysis
Required skills
- Strong Rust experience in production systems
- Understanding of Solana transaction model and RPC behavior
- Experience with distributed systems and failure handling
Preferred skills
- Anchor program development
- Experience with idempotent submission and retry logic
- OpenTelemetry or metrics-driven operations

Working arrangement
Remote-first with approximately 4 hours overlap with CET or PHT. Full-time employment.
Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 USD / year

04 — Offer & onboarding (welcome to Nodveta)
- Written offer with compensation and role details
- Clear expectations for the first 30–90 days
- Team introductions and workflow overview
- Onboarding access, tooling, and project context
