Design and implement transaction submission services
Build Solana simulation and confirmation tracking
Integrate Anchor programs and protocol-specific behavior
Improve performance, reliability, and observability
Participate in code review and incident analysis
Required skills
Strong Rust experience in production systems
Understanding of Solana transaction model and RPC behavior
Experience with distributed systems and failure handling
Preferred skills
Anchor program development
Experience with idempotent submission and retry logic
Remote-first with approximately 4 hours overlap with CET or PHT. Full-time employment.
Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 USD / year
